About Me
Jaclyn Lefebvre, MOTR/L, IFS Practitioner
My personal healing journey began in 2015 after experiencing burnout in the medical field. As an Occupational Therapist originally trained and enmeshed in our traditional medical model, I soon realized something wasn’t quite right. I was helping people but it seemed like a bandaid. I was treating symptoms and rarely the root cause.
When a friend invited me to a week-long silent meditation retreat, it changed the course of my life. I was introduced to the “seat of our consciousness”, the field Rumi so wisely says is “beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing”. I was hooked. This felt like home. Since then, I have ventured into the field of Integrative Health, training in many modalities including Sustainable Compassion Training, Mindfulness Meditation, Alignment Yoga, Clinical Hypnosis, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), Health Coaching, Battlefield Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, ThetaHealing, Chakra Healing, Reiki, Astrology, and of course- Internal Family Systems (IFS).
When I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS) I knew instantly this was something that aligned on a deep soul level. It was like I had done this work before and I was simply waiting to rediscover it. You can be rest assured I continue to expand and deepen my learning in IFS, both on a personal and professional level, most recently completing an experiential Somatic IFS training. As an IFS practitioner, I am honored and blessed to be able to share this precious and transformative modality with you.
